    Coco was a very pleasant stay overall. Responses to questions and requests were exceptional. They were very timely and accurate.

    Booking.com had the property listed as .2 miles from downtown Fredericksburg. This was obviously not the case. It was disappointing to find out the location was a 15-minute drive instead. I feel either provider or booking.com could at least provide a 10% discount for this error. Also, since we had a late arrival we actually arrived when it was dark. The layout was confusing as to where we were actually staying. I had to ask for directions. Maybe adding an illuminated sign of some sort at the property would help.
