    Wouldn't recommend

    Clean bed and decent cooked breakfast.

    Lack of cleanliness. Toilet needed bleaching and cleaning properly. Sink cracked, poor water pressure in sink taps. Carpets, although vacuumed, felt tacky, stair carpet had holes on upstands. Cobwebs and dirt in porch. If I hadn't already paid I'd have gone elsewhere.

    Excellent full English breakfast plus all the trimmings. Secure parking for ebikes and car. Excellent location for start of Tissington Trail

    For what we paid, they could not have done better.
