Location, staff, cleanliness, access to foxtell were all wonderful

I probably showered at the wrong time but I ended up having no hot water in the morning.

Owner was not around but kind enough to organise someone to deliver coffee for the morning as we had run out due to the limited amount provided for a 3 night stay

Restaurant was not open, WIFI sign in and all information kit provided in the room was out of date and from previous management so totally useless. So we had not WIFI for our entire 3 night stay. The TV remote control was missing from our room so we couldn't adjust the sound or turn TV on or off for the first night. Also we hated the bottom sheet which was not fitted and immediately untucked itself when you opened up the covers to get into bed, just old fashioned.
