Everything! The bed, the luxury, the bathroom, the restaurant. A beautiful place to stay.

Adequate but in need of refurbishment!

A large spacious and quiet room. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Rydges Armidale is getting a little tired in terms of room presentation. While our room was large and the kitchen well appointed, we had a small toilet room without windows and with no fan. We were not expecting a shower over a bath with a shower curtain that meant water ended up on the floor. The switch from rain shower to hand held was difficult. The hot water over the bathroom sink took a long time to come through and the bathroom sink does not empty easily. The window tracks could do with a clean. A lot of money in Armidale for a rather tired motel needing a new look!

    Absolute filth

Only stayed overnight, but as you can see by the photos, mostly of the bathroom, the cleaning team needs to be taught how to clean and maintain rooms desperately. There was lights not working, exposed wires in an old phone plug, one of the tiles in the shower was set uneven and quite sharp along with a lot of the tiles in the whole bathroom were cracked. There was mould everywhere including around the air-conditioning unit. The name Rydges, I thought was quality however this is far from it. Absolutely disgusting.
