    The place was clean and very nice front desk staff and housekeeping was excellent

    The food services was poor staff needed more customer service qualities food was poor limited options not value for money

    First time in Jamaica and loving it

    I love everything. The food was totally delicious I am convinced that Jamacia have the best tasting food.

    I did not like how the spa didnt tell me up front that I had to pay. Kinda my fault I should have asked. The massage was a bit high in price but it was a good one.

    It felt like home.

    Everything. The staff was super friendly and fun. Some even interacted with the guest during games at the pool.

    I would’ve liked a map of the property in each hall so I know where to go. I know the workers are around to help but I like being independent and finding my own way

    This resort surpassed my expectations, we will be going back.

    We booked this resort last minute and we are so glad we did. The property is in a great private bay and the amount of activities available, free of charge was amazing. Staff were great and the food options were available. Big shout out to Latoya and the work experience girls in the pool bar. The house keeping staff were also fantastic as well as the entertainment staff. We never really re visit locations but already planning to go back next year.

    The drive from Sangster airport is about 2 hours traffic dependent. The Couples resort incorporate hotel transfer as part of the package and they also have a dedicated lounge at the airport to get a beer prior to being shuttled. Drivers were great as well.
