    Beautiful Villas and Grounds, But Service & Amenities Need Improvement – 3/5 Stars

    Cross Bali Breakers has a lot of potential with its aesthetic and overall layout, but our stay fell short of the expectations set for a luxury resort due to several notable service and operational issues. On a positive note, the resort itself is visually stunning. It features a picturesque landscape filled with lush greenery and beautiful pool areas. Our villa was clean, modern, and offered a truly relaxing and private atmosphere, which we really enjoyed.

    Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing: Sewerage Odor: There was a constant, unpleasant smell of sewerage in our villa area, which significantly impacted our comfort. Maintenance Issues: Upon check-in, our shower was completely blocked and needed immediate attention. Breakfast & Food Availability: The buffet breakfast lacked variety and suffered from being severely understaffed. Food ran out quickly and wasn't replenished promptly—on several occasions, trays were entirely empty when we went up to eat. Additionally, if you happened to miss breakfast, there were no food options available to order until 12:00 PM. Poolside Amenities & Staffing: The main pool area does not have enough day beds for guests, forcing us to sit in the restaurant area instead. To make matters worse, there were no pool bar staff available to order drinks from while relaxing by the water. Location: The resort is quite isolated and far from key attractions, meaning you constantly have to rely on transport to get anywhere. While the physical setting and modern villas are lovely, the lack of attentive service, limited food availability, and maintenance concerns mean the resort currently lacks the polished experience you expect from a luxury stay.

    Excellent luxury stay , amazing breakfast

    Beautiful property with three clean luxury pools as well as our own private pool

    Location was out of the way , no shops or footpaths close for walking
