    Hotel facilities and location were great. While close to many restaurants, it was far from all the noise.

    Riley was a bit underwhelming for us as a five star hotel. Personnel were borderline careless. Daily room cleaning didn't happen every day of our stay. Room cleaning was entirely skipped for one day, glasses and cups were not replaced and when we called to replace them they either washed them in the bathroom or brought a new set of cups without taking the dirty ones. By the day we left there were 4 sets of cups left in the room. Also, some of the facilities weren't working as expected. The room shower was leaking at the tap and the spa water was cold.

    Würde wieder dort buchen.

    Die nette Begrüßung, die gute Lage. Wir bekamen ein hübsches Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Schöne Poollandschaft.

    Der Teppichboden, für mich einfach unhygienisch in einem Hotel.
