  No tengo palabras para describir nuestra experiencia en este hotel. Quizás “mágica” sería la correcta si tuviera que elegir solo una. Es como tener un pedacito de selva con ranitas, luciérnagas, varios canales de agua y estanques con peces… y que todo eso sea el jardín de tu precioso bungalow decorado con el mejor de los gustos. Si de día es precioso de noche se desata la magia cuando las luces de los arcos se encienden, las luciérnagas brillan y el silencio deja paso a los sonidos de la selva. Un merecido final para un viaje muy especial. En cuanto a otros aspectos algo más prácticos, la piscina es espectacular y puedes bañarte de noche porque el agua está a una temperatura perfecta, el staff es amabilísimo y el desayuno muy bueno. Ponen servicio de Tuk Tuk desde el hotel a la carretera principal de mirissa desde las 10 a las 19 horas y si no puedes coger uno por aprox 400-500 rupias.

  notre meilleur hôtel !!

  Nous avons adoré l'espace dans les chambres, le luxe et la déco de cette chambre, le calme du lieu. Nous avions un chauffeur mais sinon ils proposent un tuk tuk gratuit pour aller en ville :) Le personnel était super sympa, la piscine magnifique, le petit déjeuner aussi... rien à redire :) mention spéciale à Lahiru qui a été adorable avec nous. Notre meilleur hôtel:)

  Svp une vraie machine a café ce serait super pour le petit déjeuner

  Estancia increible

  Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa. Sin duda, ¡uno de los mejores hoteles de Mirissa! El hotel es precioso, está cuidado hasta el último detalle y tiene un encanto especial. El desayuno es buenísimo, con muchísima variedad y opciones para disfrutar cada mañana. Pero, sin duda, lo que hace que este lugar sea tan especial es su equipo humano. Desde el primer momento, todos se han mostrado increíblemente amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y consideración de Lahiru, que nos ha hecho sentir muy bien acogidos durante toda nuestra estancia. Todo el equipo ha sido excepcional y ha conseguido que nuestra experiencia sea todavía más especial. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y nos llevamos un recuerdo precioso de estos días. Lo recomendamos al 100 % y, si volvemos a Mirissa, ¡no dudaremos en alojarnos aquí de nuevo! Sin duda, nuestro hotel favorito de Mirissa. ¡Gracias a Lahiru y a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestra estancia haya sido tan especial!

  The rating I have given is certainly not a reflection of the staff. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. They do everything they can to help you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are genuinely some of the kindest people I have ever met. I hesitated a lot before leaving this review because I really wanted to give this place five stars. The only reason I haven’t is that I hope the owner will see this feedback and take action to resolve the current situation. If it weren’t for this issue, this would genuinely be a five-star review. Unfortunately, a massive venue called Marissa Ibiza has been built right next door. It is an outdoor party venue that produces an unbelievable amount of noise. The music is so loud that the windows literally vibrate. We have now had three consecutive days of loud music, including what appeared to be sound testing, and we have barely been able to sleep. The staff have done everything in their power to help us. They even moved us to another room in the hope that it would be quieter. They are clearly aware of the problem themselves and are genuinely shocked by the sheer volume of noise being produced throughout the day and well into the middle of the night. It is heartbreaking because the staff deserve nothing but praise. They are doing their absolute best in a situation that is beyond their control. I also get the impression that they are struggling with this situation themselves. I sincerely hope this review reaches the owner and that something can be done about this problem as soon as possible. It would be such a shame for an otherwise wonderful place, with such lovely people working there, to suffer because of the noise coming from the neighbouring venue. The staff deserve five stars. I just hope the owner will take this issue seriously and find a solution, so future guests can enjoy the peaceful stay they deserve.

  La mejor experiencia posible gracias a sus trabajadores

  Es un hotel precioso, decorado con mucho mimo. Las habitaciones son maravillosas. La piscina es una pasada y el desayuno es estilo buffet que varía cada día para poder probar de todo. Pero sin duda lo mejor de este sitio es su personal. Lathiru y compañía hacen que te sientas como en casa. Son simpáticos, serviciales, muy atentos, profesionales... Ha sido un placer enorme.
