  Cómo en casa

  Exelente ubicación , podía salir para todos lados Y súper tranquilo ,cuando desidia ir a descansar Descansaba una paz fenomenal

  Disappointed

  The price

  Very disappointing experience — cannot recommend I have stayed in many hotels and apartments worldwide, but this is the first time I strongly advise against booking this property. The experience was very different from the positive reviews. Main issues: • Very low water pressure, making showers difficult and time-consuming. • Only one air-conditioning unit, not enough for the whole apartment; the second room was very hot. • No storage space (no wardrobe or shelves), only a few hangers, so most belongings stayed in suitcases. • We saw a cockroach inside the property. • Location is at least 20 minutes from the city center. We were also offered an excursion at almost double the price we later found elsewhere. The biggest issue was the laundry service (50000 cop). We were told our clothes would be dry before departure, but they were still wet when we returned. Some were hung up, while clean underwear was placed on top of our dirty suitcases, which we found unhygienic. The owner did not see this as a problem. The courtyard is cluttered with unused items, and the owner’s mother lives nearby. When we raised our concerns, there was a misunderstanding due to language barriers and our tone was perceived as shouting. The situation escalated and we were threatened with being asked to leave and reported to the police, which felt completely disproportionate. I do not expect luxury, but I do expect basic cleanliness, functionality, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those standards, and I would not recommend it.

  Era grande y espacioso

  No se respetó la reserva que se había acordado, por booking reservamos de viernes a lunes pero al contactarnos con los anfitriones pagamos una noche más ya que teníamos vuelo a las 10:30pm para entonces ese día tenerlo disponible para cualquier actividad y llegar a cambiarnos sin inconveniente ya que se había hablado de que se reservara hasta el martes, pero nosotros dejábamos las instalaciones el lunes en la noche. El lunes en la mañana nos pidieron la habitación y nos incomodaron utilizando la casa familiar y donde no fueron amenos. Para “alivianar” la causa nos dieron una moto sin pagar ni un peso al igual que la retribución del dinero de lo pagado adicional pero , debido a eso perdimos el valor de un tour que habíamos cancelado, la moto la anduvimos arrastrada toda la isla por que se apagaba sola y era un lío prenderla. La comunicación fue algo difícil con los anfitriones. Decidimos adaptarnos y no dejarnos afectar de lo sucedido. De igual la instalaciones fueron muy buenas, un lugar muy cómodo y seguro. Lo único malo fue el detalle del último día
