広い上に、基本的な物は用意してくださっていました！今回5人での宿泊でしたが、全く苦もなくゆったりと過ごすことが出来ました。エアコンも恐らく業務用で直ぐに効くので、寒い外から部屋に戻って来てから着けても直ぐに温かくなり、寒がりの連れがとても喜んでいました。場所も京都駅から徒歩圏内で、お土産を買いに行くのもお散歩感覚で行けました。更にバス停と駅近くなので、移動もとても楽でした！
綺麗好きや潔癖症の方にはあまりオススメ出来ないですかね。見た感じは綺麗にしてくれてますが、良く見ると髪の毛や以前の宿泊者の物(捨てていったのかな？)が落ちていたり、敷布団で寝た時は発疹が出てしまいました(連れも出ました笑) また洗濯機も以前の柔軟剤がベットリ付いていて、一度掃除をしてから使用するなどひと手間がかかってしまいました。とりあえず清掃面に関しては、ちょっと残念かなーって感じです！

Location is very good but cleanliness need a BIG improvement.
It located just behind the subway exit. Within walking distance to Kyoto station. The room is spacious.
The cleanliness. Tatami look old and dirty. Bathroom have fungi on the windows edge. If the host can improve on this particular area, this room is a very good choice. Wifi service already out of quota hence it's unusable at very low speed.

楽しかったです。
広かった。
人数分の食器が揃って居なかったのは残念でした。あとフライパンの蓋がなかったです。
