    Alles in allem gut

    Die Lage ist spitze wenn man direkt in Rovinj sein möchte. Stylisch sanierter Altbau.

    Nicht ganz sauber (Spinnweben) und es wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nie gereinigt. Frische Handtücher haben wir aber auf Anfrage sofort erhalten. Die Fotos haben bezüglich des Patios etwas getäuscht. War ein kahler Innenhof.

    Nagyszerű lokáció, kellemes hangulat és szuper ügynökség

    Szuper lokáció, közvetlenül az óvárosi hangulatban, szinte beesünk a szomszédos éttermekbe:) A lakás szépen felújított és jól felszerelt. A kis terasz pont jó volt kiülni egy itallal, annak ellenére, hogy a kőfal miatt kilátás nincs. A hálószoba ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, a külön wc pedig nagyon komfortos. A földszinti elhelyezkedés miatt lépcsőzni sem kellett, bár így kilátásra nem számítottunk. Külön dicséret érdemli, aki ezt az ingatlant így felújította, szép burkolatokkal, jó megvilágítással és igényes kiegészítőkkel.

    A képeken az eredeti falszín, kőburkolat látható, az azóta fehérre van meszelve. Nem rossz, csak kicsit elvesz a hely hangulatából. Árban a hasonló méretű, lokációjú ingatlanokhoz képest magasnak tűnt, de ez persze egyéni megítélés dolga.
