    It was a pretty good location, few metro stops from the centre. The rooms themselves were clean.

    The kitchen (especially the cabinets, the oven, oventrays and the microwave) was quite dirty. When we arrived, I let the staff know that the thermostat was not working. There was no heating. Every time they took a long time to answer, except when after a few days I got upset and wrote a more form message. Turns out the thermostat was not fixable. We turned the heating on with another button, but this way the temperarure could not be controlled. Lastly, I booked this place for a business stay w two colleagues, and in the desciption is said you can ask for an early invoice. This was not true. It also took me three messages to then before our stay to clear this out because they did not answer the first two times

    Great location, lovely house and great facilities.

    Plenty of space, very clean and quality furnishings and facilities! Good location and layout worked well for us.

    I liked everything, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My only suggestion would be to have some rubbish bins in the bathrooms.

    Awesome place to stay while visiting Glasgow

    House was easy to find and get in to, parking was easy and it was very easy to walk to the station and get into Central. One of our group is disabled and they found everything very comfortable and easy to navigate

    Unfortunately previous guests hadn't done a good job of cleaning the kitchen and some bits were missed. Cutlery was a bit grubby and there was crumbs on the top shelf in one of the cupboards. The rest of the flat was superb, it was just a shame previous occupants left hidden surprises
