    Poor communication.

    Location and rate.

We booked 5 people for 3 rooms. We were at a show 60kms away and flying out early morning, 10am from Fez airport. Reception said we had to be there before 22.00 and we said we were at meetings at the biggest agricultural show in Africa and we wouldn't make 22.00. We tried telephoning them on where to get key but no answer. Ended up sleeping in car at airport. very disappointing. Very poor communication paid in full and unable to use.
