    Lovely apartment in a great location for exploring Florence. Exceptional hosts.

    The apartment itself is very spacious and pretty. The location is excellent. Our hosts, Cecilia and Isabella cannot be faulted. Had it not been for their kindness and consideration, we would not have been aware of the potential public transport problems on our departure date. They kindly arranged alternative transport for us to get us back to Florence Airport. We must also mention Dora who greeted us on our arrival and was most helpful throughout our stay.

    We were aware that there was no lift to the 2nd floor and we thought we could manage two flights of stairs. There are actually four sets of stairs going up, which was a bit of an issue for one of us who has a knee problem. We did manage but it was slow going up!!. If you are fully mobile then it is no problem, but if you have slight mobility issues then you might need assistance with luggage.

    A Florentine dream!

    I can't wait to go back to this magical space. It is beautifully decorated, has wonderful light, is clean, and has everything I needed to feel at home. I enjoyed enormously the great service and support from the hosts, who made my stay easy and without problems. Communication with them regarding any questions or doubts was wonderful. I'm impressed by how tranquil the suite is and how conveniently located it is. It looks even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, and that's quite rare to find <3

    Upon one hour of our arrival the host told us that after 7 pm we be charge $25 which we didn't have any information before. Also we only had 2 toilet papers for 11 days of staying there There were no extra plastic garbage bags to change The hist texted us that we should buy it ourselves That was not fair either
