The best localization in Utrecht
The best localization in Utrecht. Nice host, present but yet invisible. Not cheap but worths each euro. Clean, confortable, nice hot bath, coffee & tea on the house...super!

L'olanda è sempre bella e l'Europa è la nostra casa
La colazione non era inclusa, ma mi era chiaro. L'appartamento è bello. Il bagno e la cucina sembrano completamente rifatti recentemente. La vasca idromassaggio era rotta ma comunque non l'avrei usata. La posizione è ottima: quasi nel mezzo del centro storico ma contemporaneamente molto tranquilla. Ho letto varie recensioni che si lamentavano delle finestre da cui i passanti potevano vedere dentro, ma questo fatto - che pure per noi italiani è un po' strano - per gli olandesi è normale; le loro case sono fatte così. Inoltre la camera che affaccia sulla strada è il soggiorno, quella con meno esigenze di privacy.
L'unica cosa negativa è la scarsità di finestre apribili per il ricambio di aria. L'appartamento è comunque dotato di sistema di ventilazione in tutte le stanze

Perfect property, very comfortable and great location
Beautiful apartment perfect for our stay. Very well set up, very comfortable beds. Quiet location yet close to everything. No stairs to negotiate.
Nothing. My only suggestion might be a mirror maybe behind the bedroom door to check outfit before going out

Very happy with this cozy, city centre apartment. I could not have found better for my needs.
The central city location, within short walking distance of where I needed to go. Lively in the day, but very quiet at night. A comfortable, well appointed flat, perfect for singles and couples.
It didn't bother me, but the spa bath needs to be repaired or replaced. The street level apartment meant I had to keep the blinds closed for privacy.
