    Everything was excellent would highly recommend this flat to anyone and only a 10 minute stroll into Dumfries Town Centre.

    Very comfortable and quiet location.

    Nice big three bedrooms, all with double beds. Kitchen fairly small, but adequate enough for our short stay. Lounge is big enough and comfortable for 6 people. Although only my wife, son , daughter and myself used the property for our visit.

    Would not be suitable for anyone with a disability. This is due to it being a first floor flat. Bathroom would not be suitable either. This is only my opinion, as I and my grown up children had enough room to not be under each other’s feet.

    Disappointed and dirty.

    Easy walk to facilities close by.

    Smelt musty, very dirty except no dust. Not fully equipped for number of guests. Oven filthy, bathroom in need of seals replacing, crockery dirty. 2 wine glasses one of which was plastic- 3 people stayed. Settee had stains on cushions. Noted damage to back. Unfortunately very disappointed. Purchased own cups and glasses due to the state of what was provided.
