The hotel was clean. It was very cold in our room. The heater did not work. When we called the front desk, they have gave us extra blankets but they were thin, itchy, and not something I wanted on my body. They looked like something you would find in an attic. I was very disappointed. We literally slept in sweatshirts. The second night I asked for front desk to charge my Tesla. Woke up the next morning and my car was not charged. This is a service they offer and it was not fulfilled as promised. I would not stay here again.

The staff here is always a delight! Emily at the front desk remembered us at checkout and made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is a well taken care of older building, so that means more room, thicker walls, and a tub and shower in many rooms. Every interaction with the staff has made us feel welcome and that they genuinely want us to have a good time. It's our favorite place to stay in Portland.

The room clean. Staff were amazing. Grateful for the vallet and charging station for my Tesla. The robots self was absolutely freezing cold. The room never got warmed up. There was 2 flies in my room. And the breakfast comp was only for one guest which I thought was weird because it was me and my niece in our room so how come we couldn’t get two breakfast comp tickets.

I will always stay here when I’m in Portland. It’s easy to walk to restaurants and the hotel is quiet at night with comfortable beds. Furthermore, the people at the front desk reception are always friendly.
