    Downstairs @38 is just such a lovely quaint cottage with super friendly staff, all amenities that you would need. Location is great, close to everything yet set in a peaceful area. Cottage is more than spacious enough, comfortable bed, modern and very clean, the host is just super lovely and helpful at a drop of a hat. Would definitely recommend this place.

    Downstairs @38 is a lovely quaint cottage with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay with a lovely deck in the garden to enjoy the fresh air. More than spacious, modern and comfortable place. Location is great and all round just a lovely spot.

    The host was kind enough to wait for us beyond the initial time of arrival we had communicated. The car hire company delayed us but she was still patient as we arrived at night.

    There are times when the geyser is switched on and off which were not communicated to us. We showered with lukewarm-cold water at night and cold water in the morning. We had to attend an event which started early and had arrived at night after a busy day travelling from Johannesburg. The carpet in the lounge also needs to be changed.
