  Lindo Depto y muy buena vista hacia la laguna artificial , tenía todo lo necesario

  No tuvimos agua por dos días de red , decía que tenía gym y no estaba incluido . Nos demoraron mucho para ingresar por qué no tenian QR

  Nice apartment with everything you need. Very comfy bed! Complimentary ice tea was a lovely addition. The pools and lagoon are very nice.

  One of the main reasons I booked this property is that it had an on site gym. I asked about the on site gym on the first day, I was informed there wasn't one and directed to a gym one block away, which didn't exist. I mentioned this to the host and they sent me a location a gym 29 minute walk away. At this point I raised the question as to why they advertise an on site gym when there isn't one. Initially I was ignored and then on the last day I was informed there is one. At this point it was too late as we were due to checkout soon. At checkout, the owner did not even address this or even apologise for providing the wrong information completely. Aside from the above the only other negative point is that the fast majority of the loungers around the lagoon are broken and/or extremely dirty.

  Very clean apartment with amazing huge pool.

  Very clean apartment. Beautiful huge pool. Very quiet. Close walking distance to a rotisserie chicken take out restaurant, Dominoes pizza, a beautiful bakery, a taqueria, a convenience store and Walmart. Safe area. Security at gate which was great. Enjoyed the pool a lot.

  There is a tv in the apartment. In the listing it states it has Netflix but it does not. The apartment has wifi, so luckily we had our own streaming stick that we brought with us (Roku stick). Otherwise we would have had no tv service at all- does not work.. They told us at check in that they would come to get the Netflix working, but they never showed up. So bring your own streaming stick if you want to watch the tv. Luckily we brought one with us .Otherwise everything else was good!!

  que ese día que llegue se ahogó un chico y si ya saben que cierran la laguna, lo más honesto era ofrecer un reembolso y ofrecer quizá otro alojamiento, porque lleve a mi hijo de 11 años y voy hasta allá solo por la laguna y no pudimos hacer uso de ella y tampoco nos ofrecieron un reembolso u otras opciones
