    L'emplacement, l'accueil

    Beaucoup trop chaud pendant la canicule avec un lit qui n'est pas si confortable, la douche un peu petite et qui galère à évacuer l'eau, et il est dommage de faire payer certaines installations qui se cassent dont la qualité laisse pourtant à désirer...

    LO MEJOR DEL APARTAMENTO ES SU UBICACIÓN, A SOLO 20 MINUTOS DE LA PLAYA DE MASPALOMAS Y A POCOS METROS DE BARES Y RESTAURANTES. EL RECIBIMIENTO Y LA COMUNICACIÓN FUERON EXCELENTES TAMBIÉN.

    COMO CRÍTICA PAR MEJORAR DESTACARÍA VARIAS COSAS: EL GRIFO DE LA DUCHA ESTABA ROTO, AVISÉ A LOS PROPIETARIOS Y ME DIJERON QUE YA SABÍAN QUE ESTABA ASI (CONSIDERO QUE DEBÍAN DE HABERLO ARREGLADO ANTES). NO HABÍA GEL NI CHAMPÚ, LLEGAMOS A LAS 10 DE LA NOCHE AL APARTAMENTO Y TUVIMOS QUE DUCHARNOS CON JABÓN DE MANOS (PONER UN BOTE DE GEL Y CHAMPÚ PARA LOS CLIENTES SOLO LLEVA UNOS 3 EUROS). EL BAÑO ES MIY PEQUEÑO Y LA DUCHA MINÚSCULA. SÓLO HABÍA UN JUEGO DE TOALLAS PARA CADA PERSONA, POR LO QUE SI QUIERES LAVARLA (TAMPOCO HABÍA DETERGENTE NI SUAVIZANTE DE ROPA PARA PODER LAVARLAS) TIENES QUE ESPERAR PARA QUE SE SEQUEN PARA PODER VOLVER A USARLA. LAS ALMOHADAS DE LA CAMA ERAN HORRIBLES, NO SON NI ALMOHADAS MAS BIEN SON COJINES, NOS COSTÓ BASTANTE DORMIR POR ESTE ASUNTO (NO CUESTA MUCHO TENER UN PAR DE TIPOS DE ALMOHADA PARA QUE EL INQUILINO ESCOJA LA QUE MÁS LE CONVENGA). NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO, Y AUNQUE ES CIERTO QUE LA TEMPERATURA EN GENERAL ES BUENA EN GRAN CANARIA, HUBO DOS DÍAS DE MUCHO CALOR QUE SE HABRÍA AGRADECIDO QUE HUBIESE AIRE ACONDICIONADO. TUVIMOS OBRAS EN EL APARTAMENTO DE AL LADO DURANTE 4 DÍAS, EMPEZABAN A LAS 8:30 DE LA MAÑANA POR LO QUE SE HACÍA IMPOSIBLE DESCANSAR MAS TIEMPO. Y POR ÚLTIMO AÑADIR QUE ALGUNOS ENSERE DE COCINA ESTABAN SUCIOS Y CON GRASA, TUVIMOS QUE LAVARLOS ANTES DE PODER USARLOS. ESPERO CONSIDEREN ESTOS PUNTOS DE CARA A MEJORAR.
