    Disappointing

    Location

    Keys to get in were to far from property, no hot water, glasses were filthy, people going past it was like a cut through so it was noisy, there was an awful smell in the room plus had to check out by 10am which is far to early, wasn't value for money at all!

    Over priced, unclean and definitely not upto a let property by booking.com

    Clean linen

    Many lights not working Dishwasher had dirty pots inside with mould (pictures taken) Cobwebs around bedroom door frame (pictures taken) Generally unclean in a lot of areas. Front door into property (lock broken) Location of the key is pretty far away (does not make sense)

    Wouldn't return - disappointing stay!

    The location was great and off street parking was included.

    Upon entering the property we were greeted with a strong smell of damp. The kitchen floor was flooded and noticed there was no fan or hair dryer as advertised. I contacted the owner who did drop a hair dryer off at the property. However, at this point when we attempted to have a shower and there was zero hot water. We were then informed its an immersion heater and takes 40 - 60 mins to heat up.??? This is mentioned anywhere within the booking process. What property isnt ready for guests with a 3pm check in time? When we returned to the property the floor in the passage was also wet. When we looked further the light socks were dripping 🙈 The socket near the bed is upside down so unable to use. The beds were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when moving. The sofa bed wasn't made up with no instructions or prior noticed that we would need to make this up ourselves. Overall really disappointing stay, the photos could do with updating to reflect the current state of the property.
