    Enjoyable stay. Wish we had more time. Would love to come back

    Location was awesome! The property is built in a very eco-sensitive way, without disturbing the surrounding topology. The rooms are built almost at tree-top level.

    Front desk was not manned when we checked out at 7:00 am. Fortunately, anticipating this , we had cleared all outstanding previous evening itself.

    Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait et le jardin est agréable.

    La piscine est très petite et il n'y a pas un seul transat. La chambre sentait fortement l’humidite. C'est assez loin de Munnar (1h).

    The location and the total ambience in general, especially the pool

    The food was below average, I spotted a few insects inside the room multiple times, basic toiletry set provided with very minimal things to be shared by a couple ( the quantity and quality), clean towels felt more unclean than the used ones. The staff were very helpful throughout the stay, and were happy to replace things we asked at first instance.
