Please note that guests aged 18 and over need to provide a valid ID, driving license or passport in order to receive check-in information. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Late checkout is subject to availability and is chargeable at £10 per hour till 2pm. Minimum 24 hours notice required before checkout and needs to be booked in advance. Unauthorized late checkout will incur additional fees. Amex is not accepted for the damage deposit. At least 1 guest must be aged 21 years or older.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
