    Rude hosts but good location and apartment is ok luxary wise.

    Great location. Not far from city center.

    The host was rude and condescending. we had issues with the lock box and they basically said we were the problem. But we were not. They finally fixed it but never apologized for accusing us for the problem. When I simply asked for the lock box code they rudly said read the instructions. Very condescending and rude. Not great to work with.

    Alles in allem war die Handhabung ( Schlüssel/Anweisungen) sehr einfach geregelt

    Die Lage der Unterkunft und der Parkplatz im Haus sind hervor zu heben

    In einem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht . Es bildete sich lediglich Eis im Gerät . Wahrscheinlich war die Anlage sehr verschmutzt so das das Wasser nicht ablaufen konnte. Bei den extrem heißen Tagen was das somit ein großes minus

    Overall ok but not recommended

    Property including private parking garage. Overall, good location, 5’ walk to downtown Soller.

    There are two apartments - ground floor and first floor. To reach the first floor you need to walk up steep staircase which is not convenient. Apartment is ok but would require some make over. Floors old. Double bed pretty tight. We found ants in the kitchen and living room area and have been told this is normal due to the high temperatures and we’re probably not used to it. No flexibility for a later check out (which we knew) but also no option to keep luggage at the location until departure. Overall ok but will not come back. Not recommended - am sure there are many better ones specifically for the price we paid!
