l'emplacement centre nord de Quito. On est près de tout.
Le matin le soleil est direct sur les grandes fenêtres du loft et fait effet loupe ça chauffe, heureusement il y a des ventilateurs car ça devient un sauna.

Owner/Host is amazing and very attentive. Location is 10/10. The unit is very comfortable, clean and well-stocked with necessities. Even at night wee hours of morning even, it is very quiet. I feel safe walking in the neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants and cafes to enjoy. City-centre. Security/Front Desk 24 hours. People who man the desk rotate and all are very nice, helpful and polite. Building very safe and secure as you need a key fob to enter even in elevator you need to key in the key fob in order to get to your floor. There’s cable and plenty of streaming devices provided. Will definitely rent this apartment loft again next time I’m in Quito. I highly recommend this Loft Apartment. Spacious and luxurious. I absolutely love the glass windows from floor to ceiling. Bright unit with lots of light from the outside. In the morning, you can bring down the blinds if you find it too bright. Quick fix. I always had the blinds up. Love the outside view especially at night with all the lights on from the outside buildings and street. I fell in love with this Loft apartment!
