Loved our stay and would come back again.
Great location. Just a block off the noisy, crowded River Walk. The Italian restaurant was wonderful!
A slight musty smell probably due to its age. It took a long time to get hot water to the 3rd floor.

my wife and i have been coming here for years, we love the history of the hotel and the staff we especially like that we can just go down stairs to our favorite restaurant nonna, and when we've had a busy day we can hangout at rooftop bar, we love that they have valet with secure parking we just call the front desk and by the time we get to the lobby the truck is waiting for us
the rooms were great especially after the remodel but the days we stayed it had rained the night before we showed up which made the room very humid and made the bed sheets damp. if they can get dehumidifiers for the rooms it would help out a lot. that's my only complaint other than that we love it!
