    Perfect place to stretch out, relax, make a nice meal, and get over a long haul flight.

    Perfect place with lots of room to unpack our overseas travel bags and sort out all of our groceries and organize our belongings for vehicle travel. We both had a great shower and excellent sleep after a 14-hour flight. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want to cook with along with a very thoughtful supply of foodstuffs.

    Being so close to the owner's residence.

    Beautiful views. Peaceful accommodation. Everything you need for your stay.

    Even though the accommodation was in beautiful farmlands it was an easy short drive to Hamilton. The views were beautiful and the accommodation was peaceful and stocked with everything you need. I loved all of the thoughtful touches and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay again.

    WARM, COMFORT, VIEWS, REFRESHING, PEACEFUL, WORTH THE $$$

    brought my own food which included breakfast. I knew breakfast was provided however my expectation was that it would be like a little cereal box. I was totally wrong. Had breakfast cereals galore. Next time i won't need to pack extra. Had an amazing sleep in the beds. Wish i didn't need to wake up early so I could enjoy it a bit more. The bed rooms were awesome. Very warm, nice flooring throughout the property. Water pressure is awesome. Dishes, Toilets, Showers, Kitchen has all the amenities needed plus more. Beautiful views, i could see cows when i was doing the dishes lol. Even though its 16km to Te Rapa, it doesn't feel long. Your enjoying the rural scenery which is actually refreshing. Fiona (host), was amazing. Going the extra mile. Easy to communicate with. I will definitely be coming back for another stay.
