    Location, location, location

    Fantastic position near to Newton's Cove, the harbour and town centre. Comfortable beds and well appointed in general. Good welcome pack including milk.

    No facility for recycling. Some of the kitchen equipment was not as clean as it might be.

    it was a nice comfy cottage with everything we needed and in a great location. We were also very appreciative of the food gift we were left. We had a very quick response to some rubbish left outside the back of the property when we rang the office, a polite man came and removed it within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

    It was an enjoyable experience.

    Good location plenty of space . The hamper was welcoming. The beds were comfortable and it felt clean.

    Only minor things we were only there for Monday to Friday with children . It was on the latish side checking in at 4.0clock and vacating at 10. 0 clock was on the early side for a short break. One key was not enough for occupancy of a big house. With no fault of the house the stairs were very steep with anyone with mobility issues.
