    Loveliest country inn - was sad to leave

    Lovely inn in best location for a hiking getaway on what felt like a private farm! Cuddly cat, horses and cows across the road that we could see from our private balcony. Nice getting different breakfasts served daily. And lovely front porch where you could decide to chat or just go off and be on your own.

    A bit more dusting (under bed and sink eg) would have been nice - but it didn’t matter to us. We enjoyed staying there so much. A very special place.

    The location was perfect. Just a few minutes outside of Bryson city.

    There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was absolutely perfect.

    We have stayed at the Folkestone Inn many times, and have always had excellent experiences! This stay was no different. Toni and Scott are wonderful hosts, and the breakfasts have become our favorite part of the stay! We’ll be back❤️

    We loved everything about this place! The location, relaxation and the breakfast were all 10/10.

    The comfort and relaxation levels of this place was through the roof! We loved it so much, the breakfast, location to everything in town, and the comfort was all 10/10
