    Hugely disappointing.

    Location

    Plates and cutlery were dirty. Glass table in living area was a danger! I have a huge bruise on my leg from walking into it. Duvets were stained. Pillow covers smelled of someone’s perfume. Air con was advertised but it was in the living area and you have to pay extra that wasn’t disclosed anywhere on the site. It was useless when we did pay. I asked for a fan as that was listed on the facilities page of the site but was told no fan. Eventually received one or I would have had to leave and book in somewhere else. Was told booking.com would contact me in relation to same but am still waiting.

    La zona donde está ubicado, muy cómodo y recomendable todo cerca para comprar, tiene lo necesario para su utilización utensilios de cocina y demas aunque no vimos a la propietaria desde el movil muy buena comunicación y es igual como se ve en las fotos no hay diferencias

    Las vistas

    Le pregunté a la responsable si podía entrar desde que estuviera limpio el apartamento ya que llegaba a la isla a las 5 am y la entrada era a las 3 pm, me dijo que intentaría priorizar la limpieza del apartamento (la salida es a las 10) y no sólo tuve que estar tirada hasta las 3 sino que nunca me avisó de nada. La entrada es caótica porque las instrucciones para encontrar el apartamento son que se accede por una puerta azul y la puerta a la que se refiere es blanca, no se facilita un mapa dónde se pueda situar el apartamento dentro de un complejo enorme y desde la calle hay más de 40 escalones que no se avisan en el anuncio. La vajilla estaba sucia, no hay cafetera, el aire acondicionado ES DE PAGO y no hay ventilador.
