    More secure arrangements for arrival and departure required

    The phone number we were given was not answered at times and the arrangements to get access were convoluted and could easily have left us in the lurch

    Worst accommodation

    Nothing.

    It was very unsafe, no proper locking system. The property is not maintained. They locked the 2nd bedroom door yet I paid for the apartment. There was a power outage and I was locked out of the property for hours. The manager switched her phone off so we could not get in contact with her.
