Horrible attitude towards guest Very disappointing experience. We had to wait around 30 minutes just to speak to the front desk, and the staff's attitude toward guests was disastrous-unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. You would also expect basic amenities to already be available in the room, but there were no slippers, no toothbrush, and other essentials were missing. Additionally, the lights kept turning on and off by themselves throughout the night, making me feel as though I were in a nightclub rather than a hotel room. Overall, the service, staff attitude, room preparation, and room conditions were far below expectations.
