Un appartement exceptionnelle avec pleins de petites surprises à l arrivée! La vue est magnifique, le jacuzzi est chauffé à l avance avec la température souhaitée! Magnifique!

Très belle vue et accueil parfait
La vue incroyable sur la Spezia et la mer. Une belle et grande terrasse en longueur avec jacuzzi et coin sous les arbres. Lieu très propre et bien rénové. Climatisation appréciable. Canapé lit confortable de qualité. Belle grande chambre. Et surtout accueil parfait, aide pour descendre et monter les bagages, plein de produits d'hygiène et cuisine ainsi que des cadeaux de bienvenue : bouteilles soft et vin mousseux, gâteaux, foccacia, etc...encore Merci !
Le petit bémol est l'accès a l'appartement qui est en bas d'une côte avec plusieurs marches en pierre mais rattrapé par la vue et les petits soins de l'accueil. Il y a qu'une seule chambre, le canapé lit est dans le salon - salle a manger. Léger manque de vaisselle pour tourner sur plusieurs repas.

This place is pure magic. The view is absolutely stunning, the private terrace and jacuzzi make it feel like a dream, peaceful, exclusive, unforgettable. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Gabriele. I’ve stayed in many places, all over the world, but I never, never, have met a host like him. From the very first messages months before our arrival, Gabriele went above and beyond in every possible way. Thoughtful, attentive,kind, he anticipated every detail to make sure everything would be perfect. If you’re hesitating for even a second : don’t. Just go. This place is worth it for the host alone, and that’s before even mentioning the stunning views and the serenity of the setting. We’ll be back, without a doubt.
