    Ce logement est incroyable ! Nous avons adorée notre séjour, du propriétaire à l’emplacement du logement juste à côté d’un arrêt de bus tout était parfait. Si nous revenons dans le coin, nous reviendrons au même endroit sans hésiter ! Très pratique pour visiter les cinq terres !

    Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral zur Erkundung der Stadt La Spezia und für die Fahrt nach cinque terre. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns gut geholfen. Eine parkplatz zu finden, die Buslinie für die Stadt und weitere Details. Das Restaurant an der Ecke ist sehr zu empfehlen.

    Es wahr sehr laut durch den Straßenlärm. Die Rohre des Waschbecken haben laut geglukert. Das Bad ist neu renoviert, doch leider gab es schon den ersten Schimmel und der Gestank aus dem Abfluss der Dusche war sehr unangenehm. Die Betten warenschon sehr durchgelegen.

    Auch die schöne Rose hat Dornen.

    Der Ort ist sehr sauber und stadtnah.

    Es gibt immer wieder Probleme, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Ich habe einmal eine Strafe von 165 Euro bezahlt. Zweitens riecht es ständig schlecht aus dem Badezimmer. (Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber)
