    Modern bathroom / kitchen Table and chairs Air con was effective

    No where to stop car outside to unpack/ parking was a long and steep walk up hill. Quite a distance from La Spezia down a steep/winding road Roosters outside work us from 5am!!! Balcony is not how it looks on photos. It was dirty and uninviting with very worn/ unmatching chairs Shutter on bedroom did not completely shut so very light in morning (after we’d been woken by the rooster 🐔!) There was a strong smell of drains (despite air fresheners all around apartment) The entrance hallway/stairs needs a lot of renovation. Very interesting home made art on walls with home made lighting/switches !!! 😳

    Great view. Close to la Spezia in a peaceful area. Clean spaces. And nice owner.

    Clean and well taken care off. Good communication with the owner. Refreshments as a nice gesture when we arrived. Beautiful view. Quiet and dark room for sleeping.

    The only small incident was that one of the air conditioners stopped working. We managed by keeping the doors between the rooms open. The owner was very quick in calling a technician and did everything he could to help. These things can happen and we were very happy with our stay and the communication.
