Definitely would not stay here again.

House has a big kitchen but we didn’t do any cooking. House was conveniently located across a mall with grocery store and lots of coffee shops nearby. The bathrooms were very nice.

We stay here for five nights and there were only two cheap bath towels per room. The washer and dryer takes 2 to 3 hours each and holds no more than four towels at a time. For the amount they charge, they could provide better and more towels. The towels they provided aren’t absorbent and don’t dry well. We stay here in late May and the rooms were uncomfortably hot. Each room was given a tiny fan and the windows won’t open more than 4 inches. On the last night, my brother and daughter staying on the top floor rooms had to go to a hotel to sleep. The keypad was a cheap lockbox and I broke my nails trying to open the box to get the key out. For a 4 Bedroom house, they only give you one key. There were about 10 fire doors inside the house that you have to keep closed at all times. They are very heavy and a pain to deal with. There’s one of those doors between the living area and the hallway and into the kitchen, into each of the bedrooms, and into laundry room. The living area is divided into the dining area and the sofa area, but you can’t stand in between because that would set off a very loud and ignorant alert telling you to clear the area. Instructions tell you not to leave any luggage in front of the sensors, but that’s not true. You can’t even stand in that area. It’s the central corridor to the house and you can’t stand there for more than a few seconds without setting off the alert. The worst part is that there are 2 bars, one on each side of these homes. The street is quiet during day but my gosh, the noise their patrons make talking loudly, yelling, and laughing in the street from about 10:30 pm on. There’s no sleeping before 1:30 am and on weekends it’s beyond 1:30 am.

Top location, Spacious building, Good Taste

Amazing location! It is right on one side of the high street, and most attractions can be reached in a 5‑10‑minute walk. It is also right next to West Gate, a large shopping centre, which is very convenient for daily needs. Calling an Uber is also very straightforward, as there are always cars waiting on Paradise Street. The building is steeped in history, spacious and well‑maintained. Check‑in instructions are clear. There is a large kitchen and a washing machine…

Facilities are more suited for party‑goers or one‑night stays. For international travellers, several aspects could be further improved. For example, there is no shower gel provided in the bathroom, and only one set of towels is given per guest even when we stayed for three nights. As a result, we had to wash and dry our towels every day after a full day of sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay, excellent accommodations and great location.

Extremely comfortable and well furnished. Great location in central Oxford, walking distance to many attractions and easy access to public transport. No need for a car. Excellent communication about how to access the house.

While there was a Sonos sound system that worked great in the kitchen, there was no speaker in the living room at the front of the house. Some more signage about how to avoid blocking the sensors in the living room would be helpful. The kitchen table layout was not ideal; if you are sitting near the door, you have to get up to allow others to come and go. Minor issues
