    Ruhige Lage am Stadtrand, perfekte Straßenbahnanbindung an die Innenstadt. Ein NETTO um die Ecke. Parkplatz auf dem Hof. TOP!!!

    A comfortable , spacious apartment at a very good, quiet suburban location.

    The apartment spans the first floor of an old, but well maintained house. It is very spacious. The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom and the toilettes are like in an elegant hotel. The kitchen is well equipped. The guest can park in the yard of the house. It is located in the suburb of Dresden, yet there are trams and buses which goes to the center.
