Immense open-plan living area with wraparound views
Our stay here was great. The house was spotless, with an immense open-plan living area – the largest place we stayed in during our two weeks in NZ. The wraparound windows and deck give fantastic views of the surrounding area and night sky – especially welcome with it being so cold outside! Washing machine and dryer were very beneficial too. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens fresh and crisp. Easy-to-follow the instructions for leaving trash and recyclables. Nice large kitchen was ideal for preparing meals. House warmed up very quickly despite the subzero temperatures outside.

There are no mirrors in the bedrooms !

It would be good if a few more coat hangers were in each room ( there were only about 2 in each room). Also for the price you pay it would be good if there were a few staples like salt, pepper and oil in the house. Other airbnbs provide this. Also there was no bread knife or sharp knives to cut vegetables. The kitchen was badly stocked. The plug in the bath was problematic ( hard to release to let water out. ) We reported this last year as well!
