    Compact cottage with plenty of amenities. Small electric shower and toilet off utility room. Huge ensuite bathroom on 1st floor. Note: steep narrow steps to 1st floor. Has banaster and handles on stairs.

    Great place to stay in Suffolk

    Cottage was equipped with everything you could possibly need & loved the welcome basket with G&T etc.

    Only downside was very steep staircase.

    Wonderful property and beautifully presented.

    The Cottage was clean, warm, great layout and lots of personal touches eg lighting, torch for night journeys and lovely, welcome hamper. All the equipment you would need ! They have thought of everything! We will be back! A lovely seated area at the front and private garden at the back. Plenty of parking and safe, particularly as a female traveller.

    Wonderful stay it had all one needed and more.

    Breakfast not applicable. Great location as visiting family in leiston. Lovely quiet surroundings.
