  Une très belle expérience

  Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et l’attention portée aux clients. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la très agréable surprise d’être surclassés, puis nous avons encore bénéficié d’une attention particulière en fin de séjour. Ce sont des gestes qui font réellement la différence et qui montrent le soin apporté à l’expérience des clients. Mais au-delà de l’hôtel, ce sont surtout les équipes qui nous ont marqués. À la réception, au restaurant, au service comme à l’entretien, nous avons rencontré des personnes souriantes, disponibles, attentionnées et très professionnelles et cela contribue énormément à la qualité du séjour. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu, agréable et idéalement situé. Les espaces sont soignés, l’ambiance est élégante tout en restant simple et conviviale, et l’ensemble est parfaitement adapté à des vacances où l’on souhaite avant tout se détendre et profiter.

  S’il fallait mentionner un petit point d’amélioration, ce serait la disponibilité des transats autour de la piscine. Certains sont réservés dès le matin et restent parfois occupés toute la journée, ce qui rend leur accès difficile. Une réflexion sur ce système pourrait être intéressante afin que chacun puisse davantage en profiter. À l’inverse, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le système de réservation des transats à la plage, qui sont attribués aux chambres : c’est très pratique et permet de profiter sereinement de cet espace.

  Pohodlné postele, moderní a kvalitní zařízení pokoje, kávovar s kapslemi, láhev bublinek a talíř ovoce jako pozornost při příjezdu. Hotel má vlastní pláž s lehátky, které jsou bezplatně k používání. Tři bazény, vždy jsme si našli místo na odpočinek. Moc dobré jídlo v hlavní bufetové restauraci a vynikající menu v restauraci Veranda. Všichni zaměstnanci jsou usměvaví a připraveni pomoci. Perfektní pobyt...

  Ok, many things to improve

  Overall cleanliness of the facilities (common areas like elevators, children’s playground filled with bird feathers and poo, kids playroom with old dusty toys, had to go to reception to ask for room service every day, as previously came back from beach for kid’s nap to the room not cleaned and all towels on the floor on two occasions). Food (repetitive, often tasteless, boiled veggies with taste of chlorine, drinking water is tap with heavy chlorine taste, limited bottled water per person per day, guests feeding stray cats at the back of the restaurant). Beach towel management (towel exchange far from beach and in limited hours, resulting in you constantly having to carry the towels up the room and back and use yesterday, potentially wet and sandy, towels in the morning before the exchange window opens). Some staff members were borderline rude (apart from the German student lady, who always smiled and was very kind).
