    10/10 would stay again

    Everything was lovely from start to finish. Friendly staff, easy check in, beautiful room that smelled gorgeous as soon as you stepped in.

    Room was a little bit too dark to do makeup in but even then how dark it was made for a great nights sleep.

    Cotswolds mastercless

    The staff are amazing our second time here and they just take exceptional care and time with you. We came in Feb and just left in Oct cannot wait to come back . The room and Toro restaurant are 5* incredible we travel from far to stay there.

    Expect better facilities at this price range

    The staff's attitude - helpful and keen to help

    Facilities were not well maintained - the toilet roll holder was already broken and left on the window ledge . Could not find the hairdryer . No box tissue provided. Heater in bathroom not working . Room heater not warm enough. An extra heater was provided . Room lighting too dark .
