    Pleasant and welcoming.

    Comfortable and spacious.Everything I could possibly think of was available.I could cook,have a cuppa,relax,watch television and have a hot high pressure shower before bed.Its location is perfect with free parking and less than 30min to all major attractions in Liverpool.

    Lovely base for a girly weekend

    The owners are lovely and made us feel very welcome. Home With a View was perfect for our group weekend, as it was very easy to get into town and it had everything we needed: space, comfy beds and a great shower! The separate toilet and bathroom was very handy too. We could use the kitchen facilities to make our own food and keep costs down.

    Home With a View needs a little tlc and was a bit dusty in places.

    Close to Liverpool and in a fairly quiet area, with free parking for one vehicle. WiFi was quite good and so was the TV. Hot water was plentiful from a gas boiler and the kitchen was fairly well equipped.

    A lot of the appliances were old, the shower was not working, the fridge freezer was small and was only just ok. Almost three weeks after leaving this property, the host has tried to fraudulently claim £100 from me for a "damaged" shower. This is the same (very old) appliance I personally reported to him as not working during the handover of the keys, on the morning of our departure. At which time the host made NO MENTION of any "damage" or liability to us for said fault. This person is obviously a scammer and I have reported him to Booking.com. I have also challenged this individual to meet me in Court so I can expose his extortion attempt for the blatant lie that it is.
