Genial
El anfitrión excelente, muy amable, atento en todo momento, súper cortes. La habitación esta muy bien, pero podría mejorarse un poco más la iluminación. El desayuno muy bien servido, puede repetir el café o chocolate, productos muy frescos y la atención excepcional. Cabe señalar que la infraestructura del hotel es colonial y es parte del centro histórico de Cuenca.
El internet dentro de la habitación era pésimo, por las paredes que son muy gruesas, pero en el lobi iba muy bien.
