Hotel Archetype Etoile

Reservations for 3 or more rooms are subject to special group conditions. The property requires a nonrefundable prepayment equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount, and the guest has 24 hours to confirm and complete this payment from the time they receive the group conditions by email sent by Booking.com. After this deadline, a cancellation request will be submitted to Booking.com. Our manually adjustable reversible air conditioning system operates in an exclusive mode: either heating or cooling, depending on the outdoor weather conditions. When temperatures drop significantly, the hotel activates the heating mode to ensure optimal comfort. Conversely, during periods of heat, the system switches to cooling mode. This operation is directly influenced by weather variations, allowing us to meet seasonal needs while maintaining responsible energy management adapted to current climatic conditions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
