    ESTAFADORES

    Nada una estafa total

    Nos sentimos engañados y estafados, no pudimos ducharnos con agua caliente en nuestra estancia ya que la caldera del hotel estaba rota, nos quejamos y q si en 15 minutos estaba arreglada, q si una hora, que si la semana q viene, parecía ya q se reían de nosotros, tmb se nos inundó la habitación x un mal mantenimiento del hotel ya q el desahogue estaba atascado lleno de pelos y tuvo q venir un técnico para quitar ese tapón, al comentarlo en recepción nada más pasar nos dijeron que les venía mal atendernos y nos entregaron a nosotros un cubo con agua para secar la habitación, y hasta el día siguiente no vinieron para repararlo, total un auténtico caos, pedí poner una reclamación y nos dijeron que no q eso era booking, DE VERGÜENZA
