    Locatie en vriendelijke receptioniste

    De gehorige kamer. Vanuit de kamer ernaast was werkelijk alles te horen van het plassen en doortrekken van de wc tot in de ochtend om half 7 de telefoon wekker van de kamer ernaast. De lift was ook goed te horen. Al met al een vrij dateert hotel. Het openbaar parkeren is ook een dingetje als je al in de ochtend aankomt. Beter naar 16 uur ivm dagjesmensen die dan weg gaan.

    Best check-in experience ever. Welcoming, knowledgeable and offered a discount card for entries. Excellent information provided about parking options to deal with ZTL. Breakfast was generous.

    mooi van buiten maar oubollig van binnen

    prachtig gelegen in het oude centrum, dicht bij publieke parkings, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst

    de eerste dag hadden we een kleine kamer gelegen aan de straatkant, maar het was vooral de oude badkamer die niet beviel met een piepkleine douchecel waarbij de warm/koud-draaiknop helemaal dol draaide en je je dus gemakkelijk kon verbranden aan het hete water als je niet oplet de tweede dag hadden we de veel grotere suite met uitzicht op het mooie heuvellandschap en met een bad, maar de hele inrichting is echt oubollig voor beide kamers gold dat de matrassen veel te hard zijn en de airco, zelfs in de laagste stand van de ventilator, teveel lawaai maakt na dus niet zulke goede nachten moest de grootste teleurstelling eigenlijk nog komen, nl het ontbijt dat gericht is op Italianen (veel zoetigheden) en Engelsen (bacon and eggs). Het aangeboden brood was nauwelijks te eten en dat was helaas ook het geval voor de verse kiwi (keihard). De eierkoker is iets prehistorisch waar je gemakkelijk je vingers aan verbrandt als je niet oplet. De dame bij het ontbijt was ook niet bepaald vriendelijk en pro-actief. Ik heb zelf moeten vragen om heet water voor mijn thee.
