    Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Nette kamer. Perfecte locatie, je draait voor de deur op de tram.

    Experiência muito boa, indico.

    Ambiente limpo. Ficamos num quarto duplo, muito aconchegante.

    Eu sou alérgica, e o cheiro da recepção e corredores me incomodou bastante, o quarto não tem o cheiro forte, somente as áreas em comum, eu acredito que seja algum aromatizante que usam. Localização ótima.

    Overall, our stay at the hotel was fine, except for the staff member who checked us out and completely ruined our day wi

    The receptionist wearing glasses was an extremely rude and unpleasant man. He shouted at us, literally yelled at us, and threatened to call the police. The way he treated us was absolutely appalling. I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment as a hotel guest before. This kind of behaviour from a member of staff is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The hotel should seriously reconsider whether people who treat guests in this manner are suitable for their positions. We are extremely disappointed and shocked by the way we were treated.

    We were unexpectedly forced to remain in Paris on our way to India. This hotel saved our sanity.

    Nice breakfast. Staying at this hotel is like stepping into an Agatha Christie novel! It is kept up nicely. Manager Daoud and his wife do a wonderful job.

    Not recommended for handicapped. Elevator ends between floors and is extremely small.
