    Very good value, staff excellent and very helpful, room very adequate and good breakfast - would love to return

    The staff went so far out of their way to assist in every request, from booking us drivers and cabs to finding a lost (special) water bottle. The location was also perfect as was the breakfast

    Fantastic - enjoyed this hotel immensely!

    Hotel is in the middle of everything - yet just off the main road to be very quiet and peaceful. You are also steps from the Duomo, which is magnificent. Room was sizeable - only small complaint would be the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was plentiful and high quality. BUT - the main thing about this hotel was the staff. They were exceptional! Every texted question was answered quickly. They set up transportation for a side trip. They were courteous and polite in all aspects of our stay. Can't give enough high praise to the entire staff!

    Only thing was bath a bit small. Shower a bit slippery
