    Decent facilities incompetent management

    The room was clean and comfortable

    Reception, with the exception of the young lady at check-in who was efficient and personable, is completely dysfunctional. Incapable of processing food orders, accurate billing or even credit card processing. The buffet breakfast was meager and complete chaos.
