O atendimento na recepção é maravilhoso, super solícito e fazem de tudo para compreenderem o hóspede, solicitamos uma troca de quarto e fizeram sem nenhuma cobrança de tarifa extra. O custo benefício do hotel é muito bom, levando em conta a localização.
O aquecedor do quarto somente um funcionava, café da manhã deixou a desejar no último dia da hospedagem, pois não tinha muitas opções, todos os hóspedes que lá se encontravam perguntaram se teria ovos mexidos e o atendente da cozinha só disse que não teria e não deu nenhuma explicação.
